Britain’s one and only museum dedicated to the rich history of Army flying, located right next to the home of the Army Air Corps at Middle Wallop in Hampshire, today launches its campaign to find an inspirational leader who can successfully drive forward their innovative Transformation Project to regenerate the museum into a vibrant and successful visitor attraction and archive resource.

This must surely be one of the most exciting and challenging opportunities to become available within the visitor attraction industry in recent years, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to create a landmark attraction which will be a fitting legacy to the history of army flying – a history that is quite literally “in the making” every day.

The Transformation Project has been instigated to combine the dramatic history of army flying, cutting edge technology and innovative military tactics into a participative, immersive and informative visitor experience that builds on the current collection of unique military aircraft and artefacts of national and international importance.

This is a rare career-defining and personally rewarding opportunity to create one of Britain’s “must see” destinations.
