On Tuesday, April 1, visitors will be able to see the Museum’s latest restored aircraft, a Curtiss SB2C-5 Helldiver, at the Udvar-Hazy Center. It is the first aircraft to be fully restored at the new Mary Baker Engen Restoration Hangar. Come on out and be one of the first to see this newly displayed WWII aircraft. Read some interesting behind-the-scenes facts about the restoration process in this blog post by curator Jeremy Kinney.
