‘Secret of Flight’ portable museum set to showcase Wright Brothers gliders on Saturday in Montgomery AL

MONTGOMERY, Alabama — Montgomery’s AviatorBar will sponsor the “Secret of Flight” portable museum on Saturday during the second annual Montgomery Street Fair.

The museum, which is hosted by the Wright Brothers Aeroplane Co., will be set up in the historic S.H. Kress Building.

 

It will feature a 1902 Wright Glider, 1901 Wright Bicycle and Air Foil Experiment, 1899 Wright Kite, a 1903 Wright Flyer Flight Simulator and more.

 

A small theatre will also be set up, and attendees will be able to browse photographs. The event will run from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
