McMINNVILLE, OR — The 6th Annual Loose Goose Hot Air Balloon Rally starts Friday at McMinnville’s Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum.
Sunrise balloon launches are scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, if the weather cooperates. On Saturday night the balloons will take part in a Night Glow event.
