In Thursday afternoon ceremonies at its C.R. Smith Museum in Fort Worth, American Airlines held a presentation of the wings and pin of an unknown flight attendant killed as Flight 77 flew into the side of the Pentagon on Sept. 11, 2001.
 
The private ceremony was attended by families of crew members killed on Flight 77, as well as friends and AA employees.
